I've found that the better quality of the egg, the better the taste is raw. Recently, I discovered a man who owns his own chicken coop. The chickens are very active, gets lots of sunlight, can peck at the ground and scavenge for food, and are only fed a small amount of grains. These eggs are delicious. Plus, whole eggs are the most complete source of protein, moreso than red meat. And the yolks are loaded with DHA and EPA. I just take one out of the fridge, crack the shell on my lower teeth, and pop the egg in. Then I swish it around to mix the yolk and white together. It tastes very good. I eat 2 (moring and night) everyday. I try not to eat too many though b/c they are high in calories. And I try to get most of my fat consumption from Cod Liver Oil, unrefined Flax Oil, and unrefined Olive Oil. BTW, for you flax fans out there, FLORA is have a sale right now: if you buy 3 bottles, you get 3 bottles for free. My freezer is now stocked with flax. Probably good b/c I take 3T of flax per day. I also take 3T Cod Liver Oil & 1T Olive Oil per day. I don't consider this to be Omega-3 excess. And actually, by combining high doses of DHA/EPA with lots of St. John's Wort, I've noticed a substantial decrease in my depression. Flare-ups are very very rare know. xx Justin xx ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
