I've seen this conflict with the PCI bridge and a video card.  On some
websites they will tell you that this is okay and will not affect anything.  I
just about tore my hair out trying to figure this one out until I read this
info.  As far as the fatal errors....there are several things you can do in
the BIOS that might stop, or minimize, this.  Some video cards, even though
they are AGP require "assign IRQ to PCI" to be enabled, some require video
BIOS to be disabled.  I'll see what else is sometimes recommended and let you
know.
