Joyce went on to say how we helped out daughter find her birth mother. Well, today Joyce gets a call from a woman at Newsweek and she says Fox TV is interested in making a movie about the whole thing!!! Joyce is ecstatic. >> I'll bet she is and congratulations! Perhaps more importantly, hooray for both of you for being such great parents to help your daughter find her birth mother. That must have been a heart-healing event for both of them. I did not realize that adoptive parents were getting bad press. I don't understand why that would be. I don't trust mainstream media anymore based on my knowledge of it's misrepresentation of the disability community, but what's its beef about adoptive parents?
