Almost 100% certain that your CMOS battery is dead.

On most newer motherboards, it is a button Lithium cell you can replace. On
some, it may be a Nicad soldered in place.

If the latter, many times there is a 2 pin header connector that you can hook up
an external pack (since most people are squeamish about replacing soldered in
components).
