Hi My Friends,
I have been so impressed with the people in this group. I now turn to you,
once again, for some advice. I have been gf for 8 months, and finally feel
well. After not exercising for a year, I actually walked 2 miles today. Now I
feel ready to lose the 20 pounds which I have gained while ill and sedentary.
Question: Can anyone recommend either a nutritionist on-line, who can put
together a gf weight-loss diet, or a specific diet- including calories taken
in and specific foods? I do not want to go to Weight Watchers, but just need
to be told what to eat when, and I will do it. Please do not recommend the
Paleo or Zone diets. I know they are fine, but I need specific calories and
