I'll take it! Funny you should mention Doppelganger. A little fantasy that's been rummaging around somewhere in the back end of the cerebellum is something called doppelganger.com. The idea is, everybody has one, a walking double that is, but we never seem to see them. With this site, all you do is submit a head shot of yourself, then the facial recognition software on the server matches you with the two or three most similar faces on its database and pitches them back at you, all anonymously, of course. It would only start to work well after a few hundred thousand people had tried it, though, so getting past that first bit would require giving away prizes or some such incentive. Would it pay for itself? Doubtful, but it would be fun to try it.
