List members,

Just to let you know I found out what the Rtagent was...It was my Smart
Disk Agent. I hate when I do this because it always happens after I've
sent you all an email, but I went to Find Files and Folders and it came up
with the Smart Disk Agent. So I went into options for my Remove It and
set it to NOT load on startup. When I booted this morning everything came
out fine. I'm going to give it a few days before replacing the Kernel32.
And I did find out that I have the update installed. Thanks Rick.

TIA
Lynn Kucera
