Hope Lodge at Ft. Washington, PA, an historic site operated by the Pa
Historical and Museum Commission has such a tile suround and as I recall it
had a pretty thorough Historic Structures Report.  You might want to talk
to them.  Not sure if they have a Web site or not.  Steve Miller is the
site manager.

Cool site.  They've got a Georgian Mansion and a Colonial Revival addition
and they are not afraid to interpret them both.
