>Are there any long term raw foodists who can advise the benefits of 100% >vs 95% etc. I've been 100% so far this year. I felt fantastic when I went >about 95% for a couple of >months and lost heaps of weight etc but 100% of >hasn't made a great deal difference so far. >Rod That's an interesting question. Where is the limit which determines efficiency of a raw food diet. How many % of raw food should we eat to feel good and reach health ? A book recently published had for title : 'Eat 75 % raw and ...' The fact is that there is no rules, one can be in apparent health without eating any raw, and momentarily feel bad on a 100 % raw diet (under pression of other health factors). So I would say it's up to you, if you feel great at 95 %, go ahead, but still, remember one important thing : what matter on the long term is absolute health, strenght of immunitary system, and on that regard only 100 % raw diet would bring you the most benefit. May be you won't feel the difference on the short term, but in the long run, you could reach such state of absolute health where you could feel difference should be reverse to some processed food ... Hope it would help
