>My honey arrived today. Before I ate it, my blood glucose was 136 mg/dl.
>After eating about 1/4 cup it was 236 mg/dl. A rise of 100 mg/dl!
It's not a good idea for a diabetic, nor for anyone, to eat that much sugar
(even natural sugar with enzymes) at one time because it goes into the blood
stream so quickly. If you combine it with raw fats which are metabolized
much more slowly, or even with a balanced ratio of fats and proteins, you
won't get the sugar rush.
I personally would never eat that much sugary food at one time, no matter
who advised it.
By the way, a product I've heard about from several naturopathic doctors,
but haven't tried, is soluble rice bran. You can search it on the internet.
According the testimonials of doctors and patients, this product has lowered
the blood sugar of many diabetics.
My friend had good results with the Hulda Clark zapper. A homeopath used it
on her diabetic son, whose blood glucose dropped significantly for several days.
