At 14:23:59 -0600 (CST) today, I received by subscription service from
stratfor.com a "war alert" message detailing the dispatch of bombers
from Britain and report of "skirmishes" between US/British and Iraqui
troops near Basra. Also came the caveat that the war "has not yet
commenced."
