that's why I love the cheese--it has more protein than meat (24%,
meat and fish has only 18%), is deliciously high in needed fat, but
not involve slaughter. that makes me, personally, a lacto- (dairy)
rastafarian (fish). (see "meat, meat-eating and vegetarianism,
trends in") for descriptions of such labels as rasta-veggies. Never
have I felt and looked so much better than on my lacto-rasta diet, AKA
"fish and cheese" (often melted on top).
It's hard for me to believe it myself! I'm doing so well I think I'll
butter next time, to increase the glucagyn-stimulating
fat for a ketotically blissful day.
