Could someone post some recipes on the list using the following as the main
ingredients (not all in the same recipe): carrots, cabbage, potatoes,
turnip, tomatoes, beans
Does a vegetable loose anything important when it is steamed? Is it still
considered to be raw? I read that one should eat 8-13 servings whole grains
per day. How big is a serving?
