Susan Defelice ( 304-876-6033), of Shepherdstown, WV (near Harper's
Ferry) is growing and selling Joel Salatin "Pastured Poultry" at a price
competative with the supermarket industrial junk.  She slaughters and
processes from 10AM to about 2PM.  The birds go in an ice water tank and
are picked up at the farm by customers starting at 4PM.

I went over and helped one day.  You won't find cleaner, fresher, meat
anywhere else.
