Dariusz,

self-induced vomiting is a typical behavior of binge-eaters, mostly people
who diet to lose weight but sometimes binge on "forbidden foods". It should
be absolutely avoided because:

-it's useless. Don't think that technique is efficient: about half of the food
has already been absorbed by the time you vomit.
-it aggravates binge eating, because you believe that you can eat more junk
food without consequences, and it ends with a vicious cycle of binging,
vomiting, cheating, guilt, etc.
-It's bad for your health. Besides being very tiring, the stomach acids can
attack your upper digestive tract and your tooth enamel.
