Do you have candidiasis? I recall clearly eating two bowls of
delicious
organic cherries one night back in 1996 before bed, with that causing
an
overnight relapse, including headache (this was before the mostly-raw
diet).
I don't think it was any unusual constituent of the cherries other
than the
fruit sugars. Even now though I no longer have obvious candidiasis I'd
probably feel a little better with a little less sweet fruit (no sweet
fruit
at all and I get lethargic; my guess is from lack of carbohydrate
since I'm
eating no grains except the sprouted wheatberries once in awhile). Do
other
sugary fruits give you headaches also?
