Hi Barbara and Lisa,

thank you for your very interesting long articles about your raw
"careers". I like long posts.

Barbara:
>never really liked handling them. In recent times, I have eaten chicken
>and fish occasionally, but not really enjoyed them much.

Have you tried raw tuna? That one is very different from its cooked form
and (sometimes) tastes like a (cooked) steak. Can be great.

Barbara:
>Does anyone have any experience with eating worms?

Well a little bit, but not with earthworms. Only these small beasts
that are finally mutating into flies. I haven't got a taste for them
yet, perhaps because my raw protein supply is very rich. Other peoples
on the world swear on them.

Barbara:
>Is it possible that there was some waste matter left behind in
>my body from these infections, and that this was now being eliminated
>and was briefly creating the symptoms during the process?

Yes, yes, yes! Exactly! Those antibiotics suppressed a useful infection
and left behind some waste which your body couldn't get rid of.

My experience is, that over the time the body tries to repair old
injuries which it couldn't repair when you got them. For instance, my
left shoulder was troubled years ago and I knew that it didn't heal com-
pletely at that time. After some months on all raw I noticed a weak pain
in it. It lasted several weeks, then disappeared.

Lisa:
>The second thing is that I am shocked by colors. The colors all around
>me are brighter. It almost feels like an acid trip. Does anyone know
>whats going on here?

I am experiencing a similar change. I would say, that all colors are
stronger. Well, the fall has strong colors, but this fall...
The sky was s o blue and the trees were s o green and golden,
incredible!
I can only guess here, but I think, that some molecules from cooked
foods have been detoxed and thus my (and your) eyes are now just opera-
ting like they should. I've got a weak remembrance, that the colors were
of the same strength in my childhood. Somewhere afterwards I must have lost
them.

Greetings to the kangaroos in Australia,

Stefan
