Years ago, probably in Dufty's "Sugar Blues" , I read that both Mussolini &
Hitler were vegetarians, which was a fun piece of info for those irritating
vegetarians in the 70's who preached that vegetarians were gentle pacificists
by nature!  :-)

The same source also stated that they were both sucrose junkies, subsisting
largely on pastries & other toxic fude.  That seems more in line with their
appearance , thoughts and actions.
