Bob,
Don't accuse me of knocking raw milk products. I use them, although
I do not know if this is the ideal thing to do. Long ago I did a
search of anecdotes of the diets of the extremely longevous, & two
things which seemed to stand out were dates & raw milk products. On
the other hand, I know that I definitely "feel" it when I eat them,
but I am just unsure if they are O.K. or not. Milk is not all that
"heavy" anyway in its compostition of fats/carb/proteins if I recall
correctly, a lot less than you might expect. For the record, I get
a half gallon of raw cow's milk a week, & the cat [A.K.A. Miss
Piggy] manages to wrangle a good chunk of that out of me, so it is
not a huge quantity we are talking about.

I am nominating Bob to go to http://www.owt.com/infomedix to read
Chap 5 & give us a little update on what he finds about eating
proteins & fats. All in favor. All opposed. Good. Now we'll all
go to sleep & wait for Bob to burn the midnight oil & report back.
