Bob, How can you advise a pregnant woman to fast for a week or two?
If she follows your advice and the fetus is damaged in the process by a
lack of nutrients or by an overload of circulating toxins, how will you
live with yourself?

Susie, After 5 years on a raw diet, I find it quite unlikely that your
nausea is caused by cleansing. Maybe your body is telling you that you
need more concentrated nutrients. If I were you, I would consult with a
holistically oriented professional, who was open to my raw food
lifestyle, just to make sure I was giving my child the best.
I hope you are doing better.

Best, Peter

P.S. Rather than colloidal minerals, which are surrounded by a lot of
controversy regarding toxicity & absorption capacity, you are better
off getting some seaweed or high quality, chelated minerals from your
local natural foods store.
