I think they have still not found a publisher and distribute it now on DIN
A4 paper. In the newsletter "instincto extra 4/97" i can read on page 11 in
the literature list:

John Syme, our american friend and colleague, has worked out a english
written american version of "Rohkosttherapie" for the Chateau de Montrame
in 1996. We are offering this limited edition in copied and hand-bound
form.

I do not know on which version this book is based.
