Just a quick query .......
I have a budget priced dehydrator, in that it consists of a heating element
(similar to that used in an electric kettle) with plastic grid trays stacked
above. It's very basic and works to varying degrees, but obviously is not
very controllable.
The query I have is that I want to make crackers, breads etc. for my
children but don't know what to use to line the plastic grid trays, so that
the air can still circulate and dry, and the sprout mixture does not fall down!
Help please!

Many thanks,
Susie.
