I can think of no more in-depth resource on or off the net. You will find
there is no definitive FACT about any of this raw diet stuff. You will find
that there is a difference between shortterm and longterm benefits and
problems.

Further, the articles at http://www.beyondveg.com are "required" reading
IMO. Especially Part 3 of Ward Nicholson's H&B interview. Sharing this with
your boyfriend could be very appropriate.

If you are truly healthy in a radiant way I suspect that will help support
your way of eating with your family/friends. OTOH, if you are becoming
gaunt, losing menses, feeling "euphoric", etc without outward signs of
radiant health--of course you can expect your loved ones to worry.

Sounds like a loving boyfriend. Hope you can keep perspective on the
matter. Some folks fall of the deep end of fringe nutritional regimes and
end up alienating their loved ones. Hope this doesn't happen to you.
