For sure one can learn without books. And wisdom is a product of experience
gained. Why not write your own book culling from your 28 years raw fruit
experiences?

Have you had access to organic produce all those years? Where have you
lived during this period and would you consider access to organic fruit
instead of the samples provided by Safeway of Oakland as paramount?

This is impressive. Again why not document your experiences? Did you keep a
diary? If your determination is to be considered serious, then sharing your
findings will be a huge step in your efforts. Have you considered the
Ironman triathalon?
