Got it.
And my point was, that I find the argument about lacking proteins in
a vegan diet quite intrigueing, because they surely lack animal pro-
teins and I think that proteins can   n o t   substituted by each
other because there's more in them than a certain composition of amino
acids. The whole is more than its parts!

I agree to disagree here and found the discussion very refreshing.
