Provided you restrict yourself to the foods you find in supermarkets and health
food stores, I would say that any raw food that tastes good when _raw_, _whole_,
_unprocessed_, _without mixing or seasoning_ is good for your body, with
possible exceptions like grains and dairy which may be allergenic. At least,
that's what the theory of instinctive nutrition says, and I believe it.

Now, in case of doubt, I would mention:
-some sprouts are toxic in their raw state. Check
     http://www.living-foods.com/articles/sprouting.html

-All common fruits are edible raw.

-Potato skins and "eyes" contain solanin, which is toxic. Anyway, potatoes are
not very good in their raw state.

-Egg whites contain some anti-nutrients (biotin inhibitors), and are also
allergenic for some people. However, I occasionally eat them without deleterious
effects when they taste good.

-Ordinary vegetables are usually not toxic, but some of them don't taste very
good. After trying many times, I have never enjoyed raw cauliflower, so I
decided (after 1 year raw) to cook it lightly. I also tried to eat it raw, with
some cold-pressed olive oil: tastes pretty good, but not very digestible for me.

-Some people are intolerant to pollen. If you try it for the first time, eat
only ONE grain, and if you don't notice any side-effects, double the dose every
day.

That's it... I hope I didn't forget anything.

Best wishes,

Jean-Louis
