Effects of a Nutrition Education Program on the Related Knowledge
and Behaviors of Family Practice Residents (by Jeff Novick)

http://www.beyondveg.com/novick-j/nutrition-education/physicians-1.shtml

The last link is not directly related to raw diets, but is worth reviewing
as it does survey the literature regarding nutrition education for physicians.
(Criticism of the limited nutrition education of allopathic physicians is a
common theme in alternative diet circles.)

PS permission is granted to repost this - in whole or part, with or
without attribution - to other appropriate lists. Hopefully someone will
post the URL for Jeff Novick's thesis on the living-foods.com/
rawfoodsupport.com bulletin board as Jeff is well-known there.
