Why did you not mention Jews? Jews have historically been
scape-goated, in more nations around the world (except India), during
more historical time periods, more deliberately and predictably than
any other group in recorded history; and yet you did not mention them.

(I'm not surprised, since it's never been fashionable to recognize
Jews as scapegoats. That's the way they're able to be scapegoated.
They get kicked out of one country, enter another as refugees, very
like Asians work hard and go to college to "climb out" and get
professional jobs, never make it into any real power positions (banks,
oil, food) but become visible enough to get blamed when there's a
depression or domestic strife. "Alternative" - "Counter-Culture" -
Leftist - New Age groups have historically never included Jews among
their favorite "underdog" groups. Classic institutionalized
scapegoating!!:) )

Anyway - that's W A A A Y off topic, but since you mentioned the
other groups I didn't want to let it slide.....
