Andre paillet who started this instincto list answered to my question if we
will be conversing in english or french by :<en  francais en principe> that
means that english might not be excluded
for now , the number of people who know about it seems to be small, so let
subscribe an let other people who might be interested to know about and let
see what we can do with that i am planning myself to present myself to the
list and would like to exchange our experiences in  the practice of the
guidelines presented by Guy claude Burger and by any  deduction that we have
made that go beyond thoses guidelines ( i saw in the archives few exchange
of posts that were extending the guidelines of Guy-claude in a very
interesting manner).
