In beyondveg. com it was briefly mentioned that some people may show
an
evolutionary need for dairy products. If they have adapted to, say,
cheese--and no leucocytes are present, that means cheese fills the
bill
for them? At first I evinced extreme bloating from it--primarily in
the
lower legs (kidney dysfunction suddenly, after 20 years fruit?) and
passing-out type of fatigue. But after one week I felt so good,
energetic
and satisfied--with no bloat and even a much tighter musculature. I
was
amazed since most are so down on dairy (and I was). I love the cheese
because it's such an easy way to get the LUXURIOUS FAT I so need
crave and can utilize in ALL DAY CREATIVE WORK ACTIVITY free of
hunger.
