I find it interesting that these are just the type of comments that I
DIDN'T want. But I guess some people just can't help it. I believe the
body is very capable of handling fruits and vegetables. Meat is not JUST
protien, you shouldn't think of it like that even though it does have
alot of high quality protien in it. I don't think protien is the problem
at all, it is form in which it comes. Alot of these theories are
suppossed to rememdy problems with cooked food, but raw is a totally
different thing. I'm definitely sure that it takes the body a whole lot
more and probably necessitates a whole lot more acid production than raw
meat even can. It is a natural and healthful food that can be eaten just
as much as fruits and vegetables can be eaten.
