thank you. Unfortunately those articles still do not list amounts of
oils / fatty acid content in foods, which is still what I cannot seem
to find in a reference format.

Maybe that is why I eat many pounds of raw salmon or other fish at once,
like 1-4 pounds in a meal or in a day when it becomes appealing to me -
it supplies me with the fats? Everyone thinks i'm nuts when i get into
one of these moods, and I'll buy pounds of sashimi at a time..
