Anger and negativity are more detrimental to one's health
than is eating a little cooked food.

It seems that progress towards this goal might be more
expedient if it were approached in a positive, sharing,
supportive manner.  Your mean and negative attitude certainly
does not create an environment that would motivate others to
emulate you.
