Here in the San Francisco area, raw goat milk (of very high quality,
humanely produced) is readily available (supplier: Redwood Hill Farms).

Anyway, I learned of a small dairy in, of all places, the Santa Clara Valley
(Silicon Valley to most), that is providing raw cow's milk. I tried
their milk at yesterday's SF-LiFE raw potluck, and it was very good indeed.

The milk is raw, not homogenized; no drugs or hormones are used, and the
animals are treated humanely. Real milk, in other words. The raw dairy is:

Claravale Farm
18170 Bicknell Road
Monte Sereno, CA

(408)-354-4743

Please note that this is a very small operation, and not a big corporation.

Regards,
Tom Billings
