FWIW, here's mine:

1] raw aged fish oils in the whole foods: wild salmon, mackeral, sardines,
herring
2] raw aged animal fats in pastured beef, lamb, wild venison--meat, marrow
and organs
3] slighty cooked fish and animal fats

Everything else seems a distant follower in my experience, but as far as
plant oils...

6] fresh coconut flesh
7] avos
8] raw nuts

As far as extracted oils...

3] Twin Labs plain cod liver oil
4] extra virgin first cold-presses olive oil

My understanding is that flax oil goes rancid very easily. And that nearly
all the commonly extracted vegetable oils are inferior. Butter probably
depends greatly on the source, but raw butter and cream from pastured
cattle and/or goats is probably in my top three...

My ranking is more based on my experience with them all in my diet than any
specific research. Books including info on fats I would recommend include
Native Nutrition (Schmid), and Nourishing Traditions (Fallon, & Enig).
Celestial Arts has a book on fats which Aajonus recommends but I don't have
Aajonis' book available now to check the title.

Cheers,
Kirt
