I take a breath once every couple of hours. People don't believe it is
possible to survive with so little oxygen, but after years of
experience with meditation it is something that everyone can achieve:
all of those who have followed my directions can do it. It's not
because you can't do it that it is impossible. All the scientific
material that disproves it is laughable; don't ask me to provide
evidence of the contrary, it is common knowledge, and I won't waste my
time and yours arguing on that subject. Those who attempt to discredit
me are frustrated by their unsuccessful experience.
