sure, the b12 is kept in a bifidus. If your diet is too much alkaline or too
much acid, then this bifidus disappears, then you loose your b12. That's
actually what i experienced having just a alkaline diet, as soon as i added
some acid, my level rose. it's been a while now that i haven't needed
anything else than a good balance of foods :)
