Unfortunately, (Stephen, David and TC ???), it is not easy to understand "Daoist
Lethargy" intellectually. You really have to *experience* it.
Find a really good teacher in Xing Yi, Chen Taijichuan, or Baguazang (in
increasing order of preference.) If you have trouble finding a good teacher in
your town, let me know, and I'll send you some recommendations (from
authoritative sources such as the Baguazang Journal).
A couple of weeks won't make you an expert, but a good teacher will show you how
you are generating unnecessary tension, and expending unnecessary energy even
when you *think* you are moving in a totally relaxed fashion.
Hope you three don't write a book on the subject with less than 10 years of
practice under your belt, though.
