> All the best, Susan
As A child I had repeated episodes of the hair wash from hell with my mom..
I am 49,, If I bend over and put my hair into a wash bowl and happen to touch
the front of the bowl with my forehead or the back of my head should touch the
spout, I jump, banging my head even worse and cannot relax in any case until I am
done... IT is an ordeal..Since I have many chemical sensitivities and must use speacial
soap and water to do my hair...I always look forward to summer when I can do it
outside with the hose., or best of all in the rain with the water under a
waterspout... I have done huge amounts of work inner and outer directed.. I have healed
others .... But this little bit of cumulative stress disorder..post-traumatic is dug in so
deep... any suggestions would be welcome. BTW she over-cooked everything and here
I am ready to learn....
One summer I lived outside 24/7 and poicked breakfast every morning from my
organic garden, those days are gone but I want to find a way to grab some of
that health.. I have in the past spoken with Ann Wigmore, poor dear..and worked with the
folks at the plkace in Michigan..can't remember the name of the place just
now... I had a lot of trouble, still do with beans and grains and related grasses...
