Am I the Mark you are referring to?  I don't remember agreeing to
that.
I haven't made up my mind on that issue, if you are speaking purely
from the point of view of physiology.  But psychologically speaking,
there are no doubt millions of people who would die after a week of
raw
vegan eating because they have been conditioned to believe that they
NEED animal products.  So in that sense, raw veganism is not "good"
for
everyone.
