I want to add to this finding that my total cholesterol to HDL ratio was
aproximately 3/1 prior to my starting to RAF. After adding lots of fatty
raw animal food, maybe 3/4 lb. chicken, Coleman beef and lamb with fat
which tasted delicious, eggs. etc. three times a week, my total
cholesterol to HDL after a few months was consistently 2/1 and has
remained so. I also tried eating a doz eggs and when tested the next day
my HDL was considerably higher, the ratio still about 2/l, but HDL always
went up if the total did.

My best, Ellie
