The china-Oxford-Cornell study - the largest study ever undertaken I
believe
into the effect of diet on health found that animal products in the
diet -
even small amounts are linked to disease. Also, we share over 98% of
genes
with our primate relatives, can our optimum diet be so different?

I respect your experience here but what exactly were you eating for 20
years? Just fruit? Greens? Veg? Nuts? Seeds? etc. Can you expand on
your
diet for us please.
