Hi Dean!

From what I've read, vigorous, daily aerobic exercise is very helpful and
actually raises mood significantly thus reducing or eliminating depression.
 Also, I'd recommend yoga and meditation.  You've probably tried some combo
of these, let us know how various things have worked.  You are very wise to
continue your raw diet, how long how you been eating naturally?
