when I had my mercury fillings removed, the dentist I went to put me on
a detox protocol that started about a month before and went on several
months after the actual removal. Her protocol includes. In fact, I'm
still doing the sublingual cilantro drops, and it's been a year now
since she started removing my fillings. This is the protocol I was on:

immune system build up:
----------------------
selenium 40 mcg/per meal
magnesium 400 mg 2 x a day
zinc 30-50 mg daily
vitamin C 3000-5000 mg daily in dividd doses throughout the day

mercury detox:
-------------

chlorella 15 capsules per day (first 8 days)
30-40 capsules a day (days 9 & 10)
15 capsules a day (days 11-30)
0 capsules for 10 days
start over...

MSM 1 tsp per meal
dl-methionine 200 mg 3 x day
garlic 10 drops 3 x day (Bears Garlic by Bioforce. sublingual)
porphyra-zyme 200 mg 3 x day

at the end of the process I took cilantro drops, 3 times a day. mixed
with a tsp of water, held under my tongue, pressing with my fingernail
into the fleshy part of the tip of my middle finger, helps the cilantro
pass by the blood brain barrier and detox any mercury out. but they
recommend this only the end of your process because it's too strong when
done in the beginning.

the chlorella is very good to do throughout.
