Perhaps iI should mention that shortly after incorporating Instinctive
Nutrition into a five year Natural Hygiene lifestyle in '94, jaw garnet &
especially jewel yams became a favorite food & for about a year I consumed,
gleefully about 50# of them per month, being assured that those supplied in
California had not been heated in sheds for weeks as is the case in the
south-east. After about a yuear, the stop finally came & they became bland
for several months & in the last two months, the call for the yams has
returned.. No one I know seems to enjoy raw yams. An interesting journey!
