Thank you! :D

Sure! (But I have to add that my diet seems to change frequently -
it keeps metamorphizizing, depending on the weather, how active I
am, stress, my - ahem hrpf raff hmmpf - increasing age, any new
delicious foods I discover and have to eat until the "thrill is
gone," where on the planet I am geographically (as opposed to where
I am on the planet period - as in - heeelllllooooo in there anybody
home Liza?), how much money I feel like spending that day, with whom
I am eating, what's in the house, what's in the restaurant, what
holiday it is, how hungry I am, what time of year, etc etc etc etc.)

ANYHOW, what I've eaten today so far (it's 2:30 pm) is 2 raw egg
yolks, a bunch of romaine leaves from our BEAUTIFUL (new) vegetable
garden, some collards (our garden) and zucchini (Shorty's garden),
with curry powder. I think I might have a hunky juicy piece of
hmmmmm maybe deer meat, later on today. Oh I also hit the
refrigerator for a couple of tablespoons of coconut milk. Sometimes
I cook my meat, more often I don't.

I agree, and I'd bet the rigidity itself contributes more to a tired
immune system, than any particular foods.

Good! :D

Religious is actually an appropriate word to use, since these very
strictly delineated diets seem to serve the same purpose (giving
meaning and direction to one's life) that religion used to do, or is
supposed to do, or should do.

Like I say, it changes a lot depending on circumstances. And also -
I always wonder what interest it is for someone else to know what
_I_ eat. I'm female, white, French and Austrian, 46 years old,
mother of four, living in the city in east coast U.S., extremely
physically active, loads and loads and loads and loads of money
(yeah right), my own particular cultural traditions of food and
eating in my background, and with very uniquely individual inherited
family strengths and weaknesses, and genetics, when it comes to
health. How many of these things are you? (Just guessing here, but
I'll bet you're not a mother.)

Thanks again Steve for your nice comments, and your interest in
hearing from me! :D
