what is the correct range of ph in the intestine in which bifidus bacteria
thrive and survive ?
=> i have no idea!
That's
> actually what i experienced having just a alkaline diet, as soon as i
added
> some acid, my level rose. it's been a while now that i haven't needed

what is that balance ? what proportion between acid and alkaline ?
=> i can only talk about my own experience. a small amount of acid is
necessary (about 10/20% of the everyday food)
had you
your b12 status tested before after ?
=> i had & it was good, then as i went fruitarian, it fell... as i went back
on a raw vegan diet it rose back!
what brings acid to your diet ?
=> almonds, greens, olives... then all the toxic stuff like coffee,
nicotine, alcohol, cooked food, ect...
