Where can I find out more about the blood type diets?

Also, what are the rules about copying a posting from this list to
another.
On the Yeast-L list there is an active conversation going on about the
Aitkins diet, because to get rid of yeast they recommend high
meat/fat/vegetables and low to none carbs, no sugars--even from fruit,
initially until the yeast is kicked. Some of us are having difficulty
with
the safety of such a diet and that led to the conversation about
Aitkins.
The insights in the last digest would be of interest and help to that
list.
