Dear Steve,

There is a vast amount of information on fasting available. Check the
work
of Dr. Herbert Shelton, who conducted over 50,000 documented fasts.
Read
"Fasting and Eating for Health" by Dr Joel Fuhrman. Look at the work
of Dr.
Keiki Sidhwa, Dr. Alan Goldhamer, or Dr. Alec Burton, all alive and
practicing today.

I suggested that people ease into fasting by starting with a three day
fast,
something virtually anyone can do with no problem. In fact, most
people can
fast for one week on their own, with no problem.

Again, this is a perfectly natural process, and our bodies have
specific
mechanisms that allow us to fast safely.

If you're at all scared of the process, don't do it.

But it is perfectly safe, and the most effective and efficient way to
clean
out the gunk.

Loren
