Hi Anwar,

Sorry, but again I will have to argue with you on your
last post. You end your post with saying that: "There
is no more reason to comment on anything I've said
about evolution." Why is that I wonder? Do you think
your arguments are so perfect that I wouldn't be able
to come up with counter arguments? I am not done yet
with reacting to what you said, since I obviously have
to poke through some very strong prejudices. I will
keep it short though, because you keep on coming up
with remarks I have already clearly responded to. I
advise you to read my posts again if you still have
questions.

Anwar:
"These uncoded parts of DNA in between the ones that
are replicated are never coded."

How did you figure that one out? Do you have any
references? First of all, why would those uncoded
parts of DNA be there if they are never coded? And
secondly: the description of a mutation is a change in
a trait that has never occured before. So then your
"never" is suddenly happening!

Anwar:
"So we are still left with the same problem that
genetic material is never added onto the coded part of
the genome."

Only if you keep on ignoring the possibilities for
that!

Anwar:
"Please explain how viruses add to the genetic code."

I am not really here to be an instuctor; I'll bet you
can find plenty of information in the library or on
the web. But in short: a virus is (or at least can be)
a strand of DNA that can be encoded into the DNA of
the host. That is how those viruses work.

Thank you for all the gory details of your primitive
tool use description: I really needed that! I'll like
to see you do that and have you discover how
inadequate the human body is for those things. Good
luck!
The fact about tool use remains that the otter is so
smart to stick to it's biological make-up as a
carnivore, while humans were so stupid to start eating
foods they are not supposed to.

Anwar:
"But from what I read they (Chimps) hunt extensively
other monkeys."

What kind of propaganda person told you that nonsense.
Just get a good book about Chimpanzee ecology and
discover the truth. Most Chimps are virtually vegan
and they most likely only include vertebrate meat in
their diet in sub-optimal habitats.

Anwar:
"Moreover what of those frugivorous monkeys with huge
canines."

I never said that frugivorous animals can't have
extended caines: it all depends on the kind of fruit
they eat. Flying foxes in Australia have very sharp
teeth, but they eat only fruit. All I said is that for
eating even the slightest amount of meat, nature shows
us that you need extended canines. Remember: every cow
is an animal, but that doesn't make every animal a
cow!

Anwar:
"More than just the teeth I've read how our digestive
systems are similar to dogs."

Obviously you didn't read
www.newveg.av.org/vegstuff/anatomy.htm.

Anwar:
"I will not argue the size of canines, but rather the
existence of them."

Why don't you want to argue the size of canines? Is it
becoming too uncomfortable for you to see your
ideologies shattered. As I told you before, our
canines function as another pair of incisors. How much
more proof do you need???!!!

Anwar:
"There have been enough experiments on what happens to
the quality of life of these animals when their diets
become fully cooked as compared to when fully raw."

You don't have to convince me: I am a raw foodist
myself. But I am afraid that here again you base your
ideology on myths. What experiments are you talking
about? I only know one big study and that is
Pottenger's cats. As much as I dislike Beyond Veg,
some of the information is pretty right on. They
explain that those results can be totally attributed
to one amino acid that is heat sensitive (if I
remember correctly).

Sorry Anwar, but you really have to be more informed
if you want to protect your ideology from being
shattered!

Best regards, Arjen
